Are the books ordered on amazon prime signed by Cyrene?
No, the books ordered on Amazon are shipped from the Amazon warehouse. However, if you would like an autographed copy, you can purchase the books from the Call Me Queen® Boutique right here on the website. For details, click HERE.
I have not received my order, what do I do?
If there is a delay in your order please contact callmequeen@cyrenerenee.com. Please note, tracking information is sent to the email on file. Also, check with the shipping carrier for updates. If there are any other issues with your order, i.e. arrived damaged, wrong size or color garment, please send the issues to callmequeen@cyrenerenee.com. If the item was purchased on Amazon, please contact Amazon.

can I schedule a one on one runway lesson?
Yes, one on one runway lessons are scheduled on a case by case basis. Please contact model@cyrenerenee.com for your detailed inquiry about any lessons.
Will there be virtual training?
For now, there is no plan for any virtual runway training.
I booked a lesson and cannot make the appointment. Can I get my deposit returned?
Deposits for lessons are non refundable if cancelled within 24 hours for workshops, 48 hours of One on One lessons, and 72 hours for out of the area events. The deposit fee is used to book the rental space and cannot be transferred to a rescheduled lesson. However, the remaining portion owed for the lesson will not be charged. For any cancelled lessons, please contact Cyrene at your earliest convenience HERE.
